Our lovingly furnished holiday home, decorated in Scandinavian style, is located in the popular North Sea beach park Friedrichskoog – a place where you can immediately breathe deeply and find peace. The wood-paneled walls and high sloping ceilings give the house a cozy, welcoming, and spacious atmosphere. In the living room, you can relax on cooler evenings by the warm wood-burning stove, in front of the satellite TV, or unwind after a long walk in the sauna, which has space for four people. At the end of 2024, the kitchen and bathroom were completely renovated, and the house also features brand-new interior furnishings. Furthermore, all electrical systems were replaced, ensuring comfort, safety, and a reliable power supply. You will have two bedrooms, a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, and a bathroom with a washing machine at your disposal. The bright, open-plan kitchen is also equipped with modern appliances – ideal for cooking together and starting the day with breakfast in the morning sun. And as the sun slowly sets in the evening, the large wooden terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue invites you to end the day with a glass of wine. We hope you feel as at home in our holiday home as we do – and that your holiday becomes a truly special time. A refundable security deposit may be required shortly before your arrival date. This deposit ensures that your stay runs smoothly and covers any additional services or utility costs. This deposit covers the consumption of utilities during your stay as well as any additional services used. The final amount will be adjusted based on the actual meter readings and usage of additional services. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you within 21 days of check-out. The deposit serves only as an advance payment for services you would otherwise pay for and allows for a smooth stay and check-out process.
