Welcome to "Bustadgården" in Södra Löten, ideally located near the Sälen mountains, the Norwegian border, Långberget, and Branäs in Värmland. Here you stay in an idyllic setting with nature right outside your door. You will be accommodated in a traditional, cozy, and spacious house that enjoys sunshine throughout the day. An old timber barn and a historic storehouse frame the courtyard, providing plenty of outdoor space for play and barbecues. Surrounding the house are berry-rich forests, and you are close to beautiful fishing lakes, streams, and wetlands. The house is large and spacious, spread over two floors, recently renovated while preserving its traditional style. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, a large country-style kitchen with modern appliances—including a dishwasher—and the original cast iron stove that adds a cozy warmth on a chilly morning. There are also two living rooms with comfortable seating areas and a fireplace perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor activities. Upstairs you’ll find the bedrooms as well as another new and fresh bathroom equipped with underfloor heating. Outdoors, there is plenty of space to enjoy, along with garden furniture for coffee breaks or outdoor dinners. At Bustadgården, you are close to some of Sweden’s best mountain biking areas, such as Rörbäcksnäs and the Sälen mountains. You’ll also find excellent opportunities for hiking, fishing, and berry picking. Several outdoor activity providers in the region offer bike rentals, adventure bookings, and much more.
