Description
A spacious and well-equipped house in the small village of Fagered just north of Ullared. The house is fully equipped with many beds and activity space. A perfect accommodation for two families with children. There are nice walking and cycling routes in the area. Only a short drive away is Scandinavia's largest shopping center Gekås in Ullared. On the ground floor of the house there is a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and wall-mounted TV. A bathroom with a shower. The spacious living room has a dining table and sofa group as well as a large modern TV with a range of channels and chromecast. There is also a wood-burning stove and an extra bed in the form of a fold-out bedside cabinet. The bedroom has a double bed. Upstairs there is a large, bright living room with comfortable seating and TV. One bedroom has a bunk bed and games corner with computers. One bedroom has a sofa bed for two people. There is also a toilet here. In the house's basement there is room for many activities. There are table football games as well as a cinema room which also has three extra beds. One bedroom has a family bed. The laundry room is also located here. Broadband and free Wi-Fi are available throughout the house. Fagered's community is a small but lively settlement that has fantastic nature. It is approx. 5.8 km to Hjärtaredsjön's nice bathing spot. In the area there are several lakes with good fishing. Ullared is only 7.5 km away. Here there is both a shopping area and restaurants and activities for the whole family. In the area there are both swimming areas, activity parks and fine nature reserves. It is 14 km to the town of Ätran. There is both a restaurant and a shop here. At Lake Esered in the northern part of the community, there is a large leisure area with boat and canoe rentals, outdoor pools and, in winter, very nice ski tracks. There is also a larger swimming area here. There are several golf courses in the area, the nearest is Hofgården's beautifully situated golf club.

The house was exactly what we needed for our family reunion, Plenty of rooms and common space to gather, I particularly liked the wood-burning stove in the living room,
Onze familie had een geweldige tijd hier, De locatie is ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers, met verschillende meren in de buurt, Plus, een korte rit naar Ullared voor het winkelen - dat kan je niet overtreffen!
Beste plek voor fam hangouts, Veel activiteiten in de buurt, van meren tot parken, Gratis parkeren is een bonus! Zou zeker terugkomen voor meer chilltijd hier,
We hadden een fantastische tijd in dit vakantiehuis! Het was ongelooflijk ruim, perfect voor onze twee gezinnen met kinderen, De woonkamer was de ultieme hangoutplek na een dag verkennen van het winkelcentrum van Ullared, dat slechts een korte rit verderop lag,
Deze plek is een verborgen juweeltje! De indeling is perfect voor grote gezinnen, en de activiteiten in de kelder hielden de kinderen bezig, We hebben ook gebruikgemaakt van de lokale wandelpaden, zeer schilderachtig!
Love the cozy feel, Everything's clean and well-decorated, Plus, the cinema room in the basement is a whole mood for movie nights, Fagered has some cute nature spots too!
