You'll be staying in a brand-new, modernly furnished, 60 m² two-room apartment for up to four people with a wonderful sea view! The location is simply fantastic, as the Ankerplatz 9 apartment is situated on the pier in Port Olpenitz, right in the middle of the Baltic Sea, and surrounded by water on three sides. A dream for those seeking relaxation!
Wake up in the morning and enjoy the view of the bay from the large bed. The bed measures 180 x 200 cm and has very comfortable mattresses with gel toppers and adjustable headboards.
The open and modernly designed living area with a pull-out double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and dining table offers a beautiful view of the bay, the marina, and the beach.
In the evening, enjoy the sunset on the balcony (table and chairs for four people) with a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and watch the sailboats returning to the marina. With a bit of luck, you might even spot porpoises.
In addition, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality brand appliances (e.g. Nespresso coffee machine), a bathroom with a floor-level rain shower, a storage room and a balcony. For your entertainment, we offer fast Wi-Fi, a sound system (internet radio, CD player, Bluetooth), and two smart TVs with Sky channels (Bundesliga HD, Sport1 HD, Cinema HD, Family HD). All windows are equipped with high-quality blackout curtains to ensure a good night's sleep.
Enjoy our wellness area, opened in August 2025, free of charge. It features two saunas, a pool, and a relaxation room, and also offers a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea.
Other amenities include a dedicated parking space, an electric vehicle charging station, an elevator, a bicycle storage room with charging stations, and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers.
The apartment is also very well-suited for allergy sufferers! Therefore, pets are not allowed, and the location on the Baltic Sea coast is largely pollen-free.
The beach is just a few steps away and situated in a beautiful bay. Weidefelder Beach, with its beach chairs and restaurant, is also only about 3 km away.
