Welcome to Haus-Heimathafen in Zirchow / OT Fischerdorf on the island of Usedom, situated on the high banks of the Szczecin Lagoon.
Our holiday home offers approximately 65 m² of living space, plus a 17 m² south-facing terrace, and is designed for up to four people (plus a small child in the house's own extra bed).
On the ground floor, you'll find a shower room with a walk-in rain shower and a Finnish sauna.
The dining table in the spacious and very well-equipped eat-in kitchen seats four. A highchair is also available.
Relax comfortably on the leather sofa or in the two electrically adjustable recliners in the living area, or enjoy a movie night in front of the smart TV.
Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, including a rain shower. The washer-dryer is also located upstairs.
Furthermore, there are two bedrooms on the upper floor. One bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm, two mattresses) with electrically adjustable slatted frames, and the other has two single beds (100 x 200 cm). The second bedroom can also easily accommodate the house's own travel cot (60 x 120 cm, with a separate changing mat). Games, books, and soft toys are provided there to keep the little ones entertained. Both bedrooms have a smart TV and an internet radio with an alarm clock.
To protect our youngest guests from accidentally going upstairs, the stairs are secured with a child safety gate.
Outdoors, you will find garden furniture and a charcoal grill.
One (1) parking space is available on the property. Bicycle racks are provided in front of the house for parking your bicycles.
