Upon arrival and parking your car in the private parking space in front of the house, you enter a lovely foyer with a large wardrobe. Through the industrial-style glass panels, you can see your Jacuzzi and adjoining shower in the spa area. From there, you can either take the stairs or the elevator to reach the living area on the first floor. The breathtaking sea views are simply indescribable – no matter where you are in the room, the sea is right at your feet. And the most beautiful fine sandy beach is just a short walk from the house. The living area is very open and spacious – a large, well-equipped kitchen – naturally with a fantastic sea view – is connected to the dining area with a table for six and the living room with comfortable sofas. Immediately opening the large glass sliding doors towards the garden (fully fenced) leads to the south-facing terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture – a Weber grill is also provided. Next to the dining table, the kitchen features a small bar with sea-view views and access to the terrace. On this floor is the spacious master bedroom with its own garden access and en-suite bathroom (shower). Each bedroom has a small office area (or practical vanity area), its own television with international satellite channels, and a wardrobe. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. A spacious, accessible guest toilet is also located on the first floor. A lift takes you to the second floor, where you'll again find magnificent sea views. A small seating area allows for quiet reading away from the living area. The two bedrooms on the second floor are also spacious, each with a TV cabinet and a small office area. The toilet and bathroom are separate, and there's even a lovely bathtub for relaxation – the shower is integrated and features a glass shower enclosure.
