Holiday apartment Seemoment

Visit us at Lake Tegernsee in our holiday apartment ‘Seemoment’.

We renovated the Seemoment holiday apartment to a very high standard in early 2023 to meet our own high standards of comfort and had it furnished in a Bavarian-modern style by the renowned interior designer Florian Merz from the Tegernsee Valley.

It is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained residential complex by the lake, with direct access to a sunny balcony and views of the Wallberg mountain and Lake Tegernsee.

The apartment comprises a bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen in the living area.

Great emphasis was placed on high-quality, natural materials. Felt paneling and built-in features, largely made of reclaimed wood, were crafted and finished with meticulous attention to detail. The floors are laid with high-quality hardwood parquet and Italian tiles.

In the living area, you will find a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and private Wi-Fi access. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen, complete with an island and corner bench, leaves nothing to be desired. The sunny, cozy balcony, furnished with comfortable seating, is the perfect place to unwind after a day of activities.

The bathroom boasts high-quality wooden fixtures, a natural stone sink, underfloor heating, a large mirror, and a walk-in shower. Fresh towels are, of course, provided for our guests.

A private garage parking space for your car or skis is located directly at the house. This eliminates the stress of searching for a parking spot. Arrive, drive in, and relax!

The jetty diagonally opposite the apartment invites you to take a refreshing dip in the lake. Here, you can truly unwind.
Numerous restaurants and wellness facilities are just a short walk away.

The Seemoment apartment offers an ideal base for a wide range of activities in and around Lake Tegernsee, both in summer and winter, providing everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
