A stunning farmhouse in the beautiful setting of Cefalù, a countryside oasis in one of the most visited towns in Sicily.
A park where you can walk among splendid almond trees, a tennis court (at an additional cost), 5 bedrooms and many indoor and outdoor spaces, with the pool area certainly the most beautiful part of the house, overlooking the Gulf of Cefalù and a spectacular view enhanced by breathtaking sunsets and the wonderful portrait of 5 Aeolian Islands!
The farmhouse is on two levels: on the first there are 2 living areas, kitchen, dining room, 1 bedroom (double or twin, depending on the needs of our guests) and a bathroom; on the second level, but with three different entrances, the other 4 bedrooms, of which 2 twin with private bathroom, a double with external bathroom, a suite on the roof with reading corner and view of the swimming pool.
Outside there is a dining area that belongs to the dining room and kitchen, fresh and shaded by beautiful almond trees, a pool area with chaise longue, various seating areas and a covered gazebo, and finally many corners where you can relax as the sun circles around the house during the day.

Ruim, schoon en comfortabel, De gastheren waren erg gastvrij en we voelden ons thuis, De patio was een geweldige plek om te ontspannen na een drukke dag,
De boerderij is prachtig gelegen tussen de amandelbomen en biedt een serene sfeer. De indeling van de villa vonden wij erg handig voor de grootte van onze groep. Wij komen zeker terug!
Een prachtige plek om te ontspannen! Het uitzicht vanaf het zwembad was gewoon prachtig, We hielden van de rustige omgeving en de mooie decoratie in de villa,
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Bauernhaus, Die großzügigen Wohnbereiche waren großartig für unsere Familienfeiern, und die Kinder liebten den Pool, Die Mandelbäume spendeten an heißen Nachmittagen schönen Schatten, Würde auf jeden Fall empfehlen!
