Description
Beautiful villa in the countryside of Carovigno, a short distance from Torre Guaceto Marine Protected Area. It is a perfect solution to enjoy a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature.
The villa is spread over one floor, which can be reached by climbing a few steps, and welcomes guests with an elegant patio furnished with a sofa, some armchairs and a coffee table. Through the entrance you enter the open-plan living area furnished with a double sofa bed, an armchair, some coffee tables, a TV, a dining table and a kitchen equipped with many cooking utensils such as a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and an espresso machine. From the kitchen you can access a covered terrace where there is a large dining table and a barbecue.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, the first with two single beds, one of which is a loft bed, and a chest of drawers, the second with a queen-size bed, a private bathroom with shower and access to the entrance terrace. A second bathroom with shower completes the layout.
The jewels of this villa are the swimming pool surrounded by nature with a relaxation area equipped with sunbeds and chairs and the roof terrace, which is accessed via a back staircase and from which guests can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding landscape.
Amenities such as free Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning and heating are available to guests.
Guests can park two cars in the property's outdoor parking area.
*The swimming pool is open from 10 May to 10 October.
