A few steps to the left of the living room lead to the first two bedrooms (each with a double bed). One of the bedrooms has a small, adjoining shower. Another bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet is located on the same level.
First Floor
Here you will find three more bedrooms (two with double beds, one with two single beds), as well as another bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
In the basement, there is a utility room with an additional refrigerator, a washing machine, and a dryer.
The biggest highlight of this house is its 5,000 m² garden: you enter through a gate and are immediately surrounded by trees and plants. The wide, heated 10m x 4m swimming pool (depth from 1m to 1.70m) has a terrace and a pool house for outdoor barbecues. A pétanque court has been built directly behind the pool for pétanque enthusiasts.
