Our holiday home "Villa Lac et Mer Kaiser" is situated in a beautiful, green location on a 2000 sq m plot with its own trees. It has four bedrooms. The living room is open to the kitchen. There is a bathroom with a shower and bathtub and a separate WC. The lake is only 900 m away. The stunning Atlantic beaches are just 12 km away. So you have the choice every day: Atlantic or lake. Or perhaps you'd prefer to relax on the large sun terrace (65 sq m, quiet, with loungers, parasols, plenty of chairs and tables, charcoal grill, BBQ). All kinds of water sports (surfing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, sailing, water skiing) are available on the lake and the Atlantic coast – or you can simply relax. In addition to the large living/dining room with Wi-Fi, TV, satellite TV (French/German/English), leather sofa, good sound system, Bluetooth, MP3 and CD & DVD/Blu-ray player, etc., there are four bedrooms with a maximum of 10 beds (5 of which are double beds). Occupancy by two families is possible. The property is not fenced, but it is surrounded by plants. There is a campsite nearby, from which you might occasionally hear noise. The house is suitable for small children, large groups of children, and also suitable for seniors. Pets are allowed on request. The house was built in 1985. It is good, but not a modern, comfortable house. The bathroom with bathtub and shower is adequate, but not modern. Modern.
Tennis facilities: Several hard courts in the immediate vicinity, clay courts in Biscarosse Plage. Large golf course 6 km away.
Cycling: Excellent network of cycle paths, bike rental nearby.
Horse riding: Large riding stable just 3 km away, lessons, trail rides on the lake and Atlantic coast possible.
Sailing, surfing, kitesurfing, go-karting, climbing park, hiking, bike rental, boat rental: Sailing school and surf school 1.5 km away. Boat rentals, sailboats, motorboats, jet skis, surfboards, and kitesurfing equipment available nearby directly on the lake. Surf school in Biscarosse-Plage.
In the surrounding area, day trips: Dune du Pyla, Archacon, oyster farming, canoeing on the Eyre River, Bordeaux, Margaux, wine regions. Further afield: Biarritz, St. Jean de Luz, San Sebastián, Pyrénées.
