Thanks to the property's location on the dunes, the apartment is flooded with natural light, and the large south-facing terrace, furnished with attractive furniture, enjoys sunshine until the afternoon during the summer months.
The spacious living area, featuring a rustic wooden table as its centerpiece, a large, fully equipped kitchen, and an adjacent sofa/TV area, exudes a sophisticated and contemporary living experience.
