Holiday home in Murs with swimming pool
Ground Floor
You enter the house and find yourself in the dining room. To the right is a cozy sitting area with a fireplace, sofa, coffee table, and armchairs. To the left is the separate, well-equipped kitchen. From the kitchen, you also have access to a pantry containing the refrigerator and shelves for your supplies.
A small hallway to the right of the living room leads to two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom (with a bathtub). A guest toilet is also located on this level.
First Floor
On the first floor, you will find a study area open to the ground floor. To the right is a double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom (with a shower and toilet). This room has a small balcony offering breathtaking views of the Luberon region. You can see the red ochre cliffs of Roussillon.
Outdoor Area
You have a beautiful garden with Mediterranean vegetation, a large 10x5m swimming pool, and a play area for children. Sun loungers and a plancha grill are at your disposal. You have two terraces, each with a table and chairs, for al fresco dining. To the right of the second terrace, you have access to a utility room with a refrigerator, a sink, an outdoor shower, and a toilet.
