CASA CARLOTTA was completely renovated by us in 2023 and furnished with new, modern furniture and a high-quality, new fitted kitchen. Up to four people will feel comfortable in the approximately 70 m² house, as will discerning couples who are used to having more space. The air conditioning in the house can also be used for heating during the cooler months!
The bedrooms are equipped with insect screens on the windows.
The heart of the house is the approximately 50 m² covered terrace and the garden with a large pool and outdoor shower for your exclusive use. The house and pool are surrounded by a spacious, sunny, Mediterranean-style outdoor area with a sun-drenched lawn. The pool is visible from the covered terrace and the living/dining area.
Our property manager and friend, Enzo, will take care of the pool service and garden maintenance during your stay. Our guests should simply relax and enjoy their vacation!
Please note for families with children: the pool is NOT fenced!
