Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower, sink, and a toilet. The bedrooms feature luxurious box-spring beds and a spacious closet. A very nice detail on the upper floor is the gallery with plenty of glass, so you also have a beautiful view from there. From the entire house, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area. In front of the house, there is a terrace with garden furniture facing south. This terrace can be reached from the living room/kitchen. At the rear of the house, there is another terrace, the large garden with a children's play/climbing house, and a carport. The rear of the spacious property borders an idyllic stream with a terrace where you can also sit. The holiday home is located at the foot of the new 8-seater K1 chairlift. The ski slopes are right on your doorstep and are ideal for beginners and children. Willingen has a total of 25 ski lifts (7 of which are illuminated), all of which are interconnected. Several restaurants, as well as the ski rental shop and ski school, are within walking distance. The center of Willingen and two supermarkets are a 10-minute walk away. Various (tourist) activities, such as a tennis court, archery, the glassworks, a bowling alley, a go-kart track, and the summer toboggan run, are also within easy reach. If you prefer a walk, you can head towards the sunny slope and choose one of the hiking trails. After a long walk or a day in the snow, it's wonderful to come home to this house.
