A very bright and chic holiday home with exclusive natural stone flooring. It enjoys a very quiet, open, and sunny location. The Baltic Sea beach is just a 10-minute walk away. The location is extremely convenient – shops, a supermarket, and the train station are all within a 3-4 minute walk. A car is therefore not necessary.

The comfortable and tastefully furnished living room measures 29 m². A private terrace with furniture and a parasol is located in front of the house. The house also features two bedrooms and a combined living/bedroom. An annex contains a separate apartment for up to two people. This apartment can be booked additionally, subject to availability. Bicycle racks are available at the house. Parking is directly next to the house.

The house is modern, tastefully, and comfortably furnished to a high standard. The bright living room features a beautiful natural stone floor and is approximately 29 m². It includes a modern kitchen with light birch wood, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. One bedroom has a high-quality double bed (box spring). The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (which can be pushed together). A bright and stylish garden room (combined living/bedroom) features a high-quality sofa bed (with an integrated box spring system) and a television, with direct access to the terrace via the front door. A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet is also provided. Amenities include an LCD television, stereo system, DVD player, Wi-Fi, central heating, and a garden with a seating area and barbecue.

North Island shuttle included: Daily service between Karlshagen, Trassenheide, and Peenemünde during operating hours. Bookings can be made by phone; pick-up and drop-off locations are flexible. Valid with your Karlshagen visitor's card (new in 2026).
