Detached and very bright holiday home with a huge sun terrace in a peaceful, sunny and secluded setting, offering plenty of privacy on an idyllic plot. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is only about 300 m away. The house is ideal for 2–6 guests, with a reduced price for bookings of two people.

The comfortable living room has direct access to the terrace, which features an awning, parasol, dining and seating areas, and loungers. Its elevated, sunny position allows you to enjoy sunshine throughout the day, while a brick windbreak provides extra protection.

The bright living room has beautiful wooden flooring, a stylish dining area with leather chairs, a comfortable high-quality leather suite with adjustable seat depth, headrests and a large reclining area, plus a TV chair. A 55" LCD TV with Ambilight and a stereo system with radio/CD player are also provided.

The ground floor includes an Italian-style bedroom with a comfortable electrically adjustable box-spring bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen, and an additional toilet. The kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

Upstairs are two bedrooms with 1.8 m wide double beds and a bathroom with double washbasin and whirlpool bath. A second bathroom with shower and a hobby room are located in the basement.

The fenced garden offers many peaceful spots to relax, with plants, trees and a large hedge for wind protection. Bicycle stands and parking for two cars are available. Free Wi-Fi is provided.
