A Murphy bed in the living area on the ground floor provides sleeping space for two additional guests.

The living and dining area features a high-quality genuine leather sofa set and a fully equipped kitchenette with a four-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and egg cooker.

Two TVs (cable connection), a DVD player, and balcony furniture are provided.

The holiday apartment, with its view of the surrounding greenery, is situated on the sunny side of the building, ensuring you enjoy the morning sun. In the evenings, you can admire picturesque sunsets.
