The living room features a comfortable seating area with a sofa and armchair. Here you'll find a television with a satellite dish for receiving almost all German television and radio programs in digital quality, as well as a DVD player and a small stereo system with a CD player. Two additional armchairs are located in front of the large panoramic window in the living room. The dining table in the kitchen comfortably seats four people. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances you would expect in a holiday home of this class: a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and washing machine.
The bedrooms are spacious. One bedroom has a double bed with two mattresses, each measuring 90 x 200 cm, and the other has a double bed 160 cm wide. The wardrobes reach the ceiling. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, sink, and toilet. Ample bed linen, hand towels, bath towels, and dish towels are provided. The living area is approximately 90 square meters.
Garden furniture and sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. The small pool is approximately 4 x 2.5 meters. It's not exactly Olympic size, but it's perfectly adequate for a refreshing dip and some splashing around. The sandy beach of Playa de San Juan is just a 10-minute walk away.
