This fully equipped chalet, renovated in 2023, offers everything you could wish for. A bright and spacious living and dining area with an adjoining open-plan kitchen, a 50" flat-screen TV, floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors, two bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate WC, and a large terrace. Enjoy the air conditioning in the living area on hot summer days.

The modern kitchenette features a gas hob, a microwave/oven combination, a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample crockery, glasses, bowls, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, and more.

Our "Beach Pearl" has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds.

The large sun terrace has a dining table and lounge furniture. In the garden shed, you will find two sun loungers and parasols, and you can also store your bicycles and other belongings there. If you are staying longer, there is a small self-service laundromat in the park with modern Miele washing machines and dryers with cashless payment via bank card.
