A separate entrance ensures complete privacy. Outside, there is a south-facing terrace.
The apartment is modernly furnished and suitable for all ages (partially wheelchair accessible). Ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers.

Neu Karin belongs to the municipality of Carinerland and lies between the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar, approximately 13 km southeast of the Baltic Sea (Salzhaff lagoon).
The nearest towns are Kröpelin on the road towards Bad Doberan and Neubukow on the road towards Kühlungsborn and Wismar.
