Treat yourself to the perfect getaway in our "Pfahlhaus Meerzeit" (Pile House Seatime) holiday apartment on the ground floor. Located on the Harle River in Carolinensiel/Harlesiel, our apartment boasts an exceptional location between the Friedrichsschleuse lock and the marina, just steps from the North Sea.
Our "Pfahlhaus Meerzeit" holiday apartment occupies the entire ground floor of a new building (comprising two apartments) and is built on stilts in the Harle River. Thanks to its prime waterfront location, it offers breathtaking views of the Harlesiel marina and sailing school, and is situated right next to the North Sea. The direct waterfront setting and private boat dock provide the perfect backdrop for a relaxing escape from everyday life.
The "Pfahlhaus Meerzeit" holiday apartment is located entirely on the ground floor and is accessible from the shore via a private jetty. The lovingly furnished rooms offer approximately 100 square meters of living space and can comfortably accommodate up to six people.
The light-filled living space with its unobstructed view of the Harle River, the modern design with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the spacious layout invite you to linger and relax. Comfortable leather chairs, recliners, and an electric fireplace are just a few of the highlights of this bright apartment in the stilt house.
The open, fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island offers everything you could wish for and transforms your days into an oasis of tranquility.
A discreet glass door separates the bedrooms from the living and kitchen area. Pleated blinds on all windows ensure privacy and allow for blackout in the bedrooms when needed.
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and TV, as well as a comfortable sofa bed (slatted frame/1.40 m Sensoform mattress) in the living room.
Both bathrooms are modernly designed, and one also features a Finnish sauna. A washer-dryer is available for your use in our storage room. Bed linens and towels are provided, and a baby cot can be booked separately.
... Sun loungers and chairs await you on the wraparound sun terrace, ready for warm, sunny days. Enjoy a relaxing evening with a gas grill (gas cylinder included). The glass railing and partial roof provide protection from wind and typical East Frisian weather.
Four-legged guests are welcome in our vacation apartment.
For perfect excursions along the Harle River or to the beach, we are happy to provide a handcart. A lockable bicycle shed, stand-up paddleboards, and a private parking space are also available at the house.
