The holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and is located at the front, with a large balcony and Baltic Sea views from all rooms.

At 59m², this 3-bedroom apartment features a spacious entrance hall with plenty of storage space. From here, you can enjoy an indescribable view of the fjord. The living area is furnished with a sofa (sleeping area) and two comfortable armchairs. From here, you can directly access the balcony, which is furnished with chairs, a table, and loungers. The balcony is covered, thus offering shelter even on slightly windy days. The dining room, with a large dining table and also a great view of the Baltic Sea, is a cozy place for breakfast and relaxed get-togethers. The kitchen is directly adjacent to the dining area and is fully equipped and ideal for self-catering on vacation.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The bathroom leads to the bright and spacious bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe! Here, too, the Baltic Sea and the marina stretch out directly from the window.
Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge! There is also a private cellar room where you can store your luggage, among other things.
A private parking space is located directly next to the house. A washing machine, dryer, and drying room are located on the lowest floor of the apartment building and can be used for a small fee (coin-operated machine).
Bicycles can be stored and locked in a private cellar.

Recreational Activities

Both sides of the Holnis peninsula offer ample space for water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. The option of choosing the west or east coast of the peninsula depending on the wind direction is ideal for windsurfers and kitesurfers. You can set off practically right from the front door.

The adjacent nature and bird sanctuary offers walkers a natural beach, salt marsh, and cliffs. Through the forest, just 1 km away, you can reach Glücksburg with its shopping facilities in 4 km. A wonderful alternative is the direct route along the fjord shore.

The apartment is ideal if you want to use the "Nautic" sailing yacht harbor. It's a 100-meter walk away, and the balcony overlooks the harbor area. If you're looking for other types of exercise, you'll find many jogging and walking routes and long, secluded cycling roads in Angeln's gently rolling landscape.
