The property is located in Norddeich, directly behind the dike. This means you are far away from all the tourist hustle and bustle and can enjoy a relaxing, peaceful holiday. Just a few steps take you directly to the sea - ideal for long walks. Nevertheless, it is only a few minutes by car to the center of Norddeich, where a wide range of restaurants, shops and tourist facilities await you.
The charming house, which is built in a typical northern style, has two floors and offers enough space for a large family. The spacious living, cooking and dining area is on the ground floor. Thanks to the lovingly selected and coordinated pieces of furniture and decorative elements, the room is designed in a rustic and modern style. The center is the chic TV area with the elegant yet comfortable leather suite - consisting of two sofas and two armchairs - and the TV, which promises cozy evenings even in bad weather.
The kitchen is spacious and offers plenty of space for cooking together. The equipment is extensive, so you won't miss anything. You will find a stove with a ceramic hob, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, an egg cooker and enough dishes, glasses and cutlery.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het comfortabele vakantiehuis Flood. Het huis was superruim en schoon, het voelde echt als thuis. Ik vond de rustieke sfeer gecombineerd met moderne accenten in de woonkamer geweldig. De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden om onze maaltijden te bereiden, wat een groot pluspunt was! Het enige nadeel was de WiFi, die was een beetje traag, maar we hebben het prima gered. De locatie is perfect, ver weg van de toeristische drukte, maar dichtbij genoeg om lopend naar het strand te gaan en eten te halen. Zou hier zeker weer verblijven!
