High up with the forest as a neighbor and the bathing lake within walking distance is this wonderful cottage in Lerum. Here you live in a quiet residential area with proximity to both Gothenburg with Liseberg and Universeum and Lerum's famous Actic Water Palace. The cottage is in genuine old style with beautiful details both interior and exterior. You can still feel a faint smell of tar from the past. It is beautifully situated against the forest, has a quiet oasis on both the front and back and here the children can play their own games. A lovely terrace with garden furniture at the back. If you want to take a walk, there are many nice playgrounds as well as bike and walking paths. Feel free to bring bicycles or kick bikes. A welcoming hall and straight ahead a spiral staircase down to storage for suitcases. To the right are 2 bedrooms. The room at the far end has a double bed - 180cm and the passage room without a door has a day bed that is easily converted into a double bed for the evening - 160cm. This room has no door to close. A travel cot is available in the cottage and can be placed in this room or in the living room. Bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and underfloor heating. Washing machine in the basement via separate entrance from the outside. To the left of the hall you enter a cozy TV room with sofa and inside here is the living room which has two sofas and a cozy wood burning stove to enjoy in the evening. A door leads further out to the beautiful glass veranda where there is another single bed - 90cm. If you want, you can get directly out on the terrace from this room. There is also an exit in the kitchen which is located inside the living room. There is a small dining area and a kitchen island with chairs so you can participate in the kitchen activities together. The kitchen is complete and there is also a high chair. Lerum is located just outside Gothenburg and is a place characterized by nature experiences, hiking, fishing, castles, shopping and many more different exciting activities.
