Cozy cabin in a lovely area with a beautiful view. The cabin offers a great atmosphere and beautiful mountain views. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a family bunk, where the lower bunk is 120 cm wide. TV in the living room downstairs as well as a TV room on the first floor where you can enjoy a movie (only streaming on the first floor, no channels as on the ground floor). Well-equipped kitchen with dining area, where you can gather over a better meal - perhaps with fish you have caught yourself? The cabin has a large terrace as well as a balcony on the first floor. Please note that the stairs are quite steep and that the rooms on the first floor have partly sloping ceilings. Here you have a wonderful closeness to nature, both in summer and winter. Alpine center and ski slopes only a few hundred meters from the cabin. In the summer, Rauland has many great hiking opportunities, as well as exciting activities such as moose safaris, sculpture walks and good fishing opportunities. For those interested in history, it is only a 45-minute drive to Rjukan, where you can follow the forerunners of Norwegian war and/or industrial history. 4-wheel drive is recommended during winter. Alternatively, the car can be parked approx. 200 m from the cabin. NB: You will need to bring your own bed linen.

Really nice cabin, (note that there is no microwave)
Cabin was clean and had a welcoming feel, Loved the double bunk setup for the fam, Pro tip: check out the moose safari nearby, 10/10 would come back,
This holiday home was decent for our needs, It was clean and had basic amenities, but nothing too fancy, The distance to dining options was manageable, but we did have to drive a bit for groceries, The skiing nearby was a highlight, though,
The cabin is quite spacious and well-equipped, We appreciated the large kitchen where we cooked meals together, The kids enjoyed the TV room upstairs, and even though the stairs were steep, it added to the charm of the place, Overall, a comfortable stay with lovely surroundings,
Nice place, clean and spacious enough for 5 people, The location is perfect for skiing and hiking, Just be aware, no WiFi and the TV upstairs is only for streaming, but that was fine by us!
