Holiday home with whirlpool and sauna located in Eskov Strandpark, high up with good views of the Limfjord. The cottage is furnished with a bright entrance hall and large, bright combined kitchen and living room with lots of windows from which you can enjoy the view of the fjord. The house is built with nature in mind, with light materials on the terrace that symbolize sand, dark wood materials in the living room and natural materials outside. The facade is clad with Spanish, hand-carved granite, which gives a nice and natural look. The plot is laid out with grass and closed in boundaries with hedges and fences. There is a large wooden terrace of 95 m2 and a tiled terrace of 50 m2. There is also an outdoor shower. The kitchen is with white furniture and with everything in white goods, including wine refrigerator. In the living room there is a heat pump and wood stove and of course access to the large terrace, which also faces the fjord. From the living room there are stairs to the large loft, where there is a sofa bed and box-spring mattresses. In the loft there is also a TV with DVD player. The stairs are made of beautiful dark douglas spruce, which gives a natural wood look and which matches the brown tap ribbons in the rest of the house. There are also light laminate wood floors and troll-ceiling ceilings. Bedroom with closets and exposed faucets and another large room with three beds. Large, bright bathroom with white furniture, 2-person whirlpool and sauna for approx. 4 people. Beautiful location with views of the area and the fjord and just approx. 400 m along path systems to the water. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
