Description
In a beautiful area in Kongsnæs, this cottage is only approx. 350 meters to the beach where there is a jetty and close to shopping. It includes a wood burning stove and an open, bright kitchen with ceramic hobs. There is a combi / microwave and fridge / freezer. There are also two Webergrill, one large and one smaller, which can be used all year round. The kitchen is combined with the living room, which i.a. contains stereo system that can stream, DVD player with approx. 200 movies, PlayStation3 plus various games. There is cable TV with a lot of international channels, among others. German, Swedish and Norwegian. Various board and card games. Bathroom with sink and shower. Utility room with table space, cupboards and washing machine. Beds are divided into a room with a single bed, a room with a bunk bed for two people and a room with a 1- & # 189; single bed. The last bed is in a conservatory, where there is a double TV bed 180 cm. On the cozy plot there is a large and open terrace with awning and garden furniture, prams and the large Webergrill. On the other side of the house there is an enclosed small, cozy patio with parasol, garden table and hammock. On the large plot there is a table tennis table that can be folded out, and another hammock smat a fireplace available. Sandpit and high chair for the little ones. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
