Unique luxury apartment in an attractive location with panoramic views of Alssund. The apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and is in excellent condition. There is a utility room with plenty of space for coats and shoes, a bright kitchen with a dishwasher and oven with built-in microwave, open to the family room and living room, from which there is a breathtaking view of the sound. The living room has a sofa and TV with Chromecast. There is a large bathroom with a shower and two good bedrooms. Lovely terrace with barbecue and garden furniture where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun and, not least, the beautiful view. Here you can enjoy the sight of passing sailboats and the many sports enthusiasts who use kayaks and paddleboards in the area. If you want to go swimming, there are many options, e.g. Sønderborg Harbor Bath is nearby, and there are many good beaches in the area, including at Sønderborg Castle. From the apartment, you have a view of Hotel Alsik, which offers a wealth of spa and wellness experiences as well as exceptional gastronomy. Sønderborg has a lot to offer, both culturally and historically. For example, both Dybbøl Mølle and Sønderborg Castle are within walking distance of the house, and there are many restaurants and shopping opportunities to choose from in Sønderborg Midtby. Not available for rental to youth groups. There is underfloor heating in most of the apartment, and electricity and water are included in the rent. There is an air-to-air heat pump that ensures a good indoor climate all year round.
