The location could not be more breathtaking. There is a view of the marina from the property. You will love the south-facing courtyard and the balcony, where you can really take in the view. Another private outdoor area is located on the opposite side of the property, allowing you to enjoy outdoor living to the fullest. In addition to the kitchen and bathroom, the ground floor consists of two regular rooms, while the first floor offers exposed beams, a living room, another room, and a bathroom.
