This charming holiday home is designed for relaxation and well-being. Just 250 metres from the beach and with a private garden of almost 1,000 m², it is the perfect base for a holiday in peaceful, scenic surroundings. The house offers 80 m² with three comfortable bedrooms, an open kitchen with dining area and a cosy living room with lovely light and a view of the garden. The new wood-burning stove from 2025 and modern heat pump ensure comfort all year round. The holiday home sleeps up to 7 people, with three double beds (180, 160 and 140 cm) and a practical pull-out bed/reading corner that can be folded out to 180 cm. Outside, there is a large south-facing terrace, barbecue, lounge furniture and a newly laid petanque court. After a day by the water, treat yourself to a hot bath in the spacious outdoor hot tub (for 6-8 people) or relax in the sauna – ideal for both summer evenings and autumn tranquillity under the starry sky. The area offers plenty of experiences for the whole family: visit Knuthenborg Safari Park, Lalandia or go on a bike ride along the coast. The charming town of Maribo and Lake Søndersø are perfect for a day trip, and you can explore sights such as Dodekalitten or enjoy the bird life and open countryside in peace and quiet.
