This modern water villa has been built directly on the water, offering a truly special holiday experience. From morning until evening, enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the Marina Wendtorf marina. The holiday flat features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with access to a spacious balcony. In addition to the hob, the kitchen is equipped with an extra wok hob. Two bedrooms with double beds and flat-screen TVs, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room, provide accommodation for up to six people. Two bathrooms with underfloor heating ensure a special sense of well-being. The large bathroom features a rain shower with a steam bath function, a sauna and a whirlpool; the second bathroom has an additional shower. A television with a Blu-ray player, a soundbar with Bluetooth and a bioethanol fireplace complete the furnishings. The flat comes with a car parking space. A lift is available for the flats on the upper floors. As several flats of the same design are on offer, the furnishings may vary; the images shown are for illustrative purposes only. There are playgrounds available on the promenade. The laundry centre is open daily from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm. The activity centre offers children an indoor play area with slides and climbing frames, as well as black-light mini-golf for all ages. Entry is free for DanCenter guests.
