This modern water villa has been built directly on the water, offering a truly special holiday experience. From morning until evening, enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the Marina Wendtorf marina. The holiday flat features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with access to a spacious balcony. In addition to the hob, the kitchen is equipped with an extra wok hob. Two bedrooms with double beds and flat-screen TVs, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room, provide accommodation for up to six people. Two bathrooms with underfloor heating ensure a special sense of well-being. The large bathroom features a rain shower with a steam bath function, a sauna and a whirlpool; the second bathroom has an additional shower. A television with a Blu-ray player, a soundbar with Bluetooth and a bioethanol fireplace complete the furnishings. The flat comes with a car parking space. A lift is available for the flats on the upper floors. As several flats of the same design are on offer, the furnishings may vary; the images shown are for illustrative purposes only. There are playgrounds available on the promenade. The laundry centre is open daily from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm.
