The apartment is well-equipped with a comfortable sofa, TV, dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen with an oven. There is a small bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a storage room for a vacuum cleaner, etc. Air conditioning is provided, which can also be used for heating.
Small but perfectly formed! A slightly steep staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find two bedrooms with comfortable beds and ample storage space for clothes.
The house is located next to the owner's residence. It is completely fenced, offering plenty of privacy. You have your own entrance gate, which can be locked from the inside. Bicycles can be stored securely there. Loading and unloading is possible in front of the entrance. Free parking is available nearby in the emergency access road. You will receive directions for this with your arrival form.
