Apartment in Venice with Parking

A recently renovated elegant apartment on the ground floor of a building with a private courtyard overlooking the Rio San Severo.

The apartment consists of an entrance hall; living room with sofa and dining room; kitchen equipped with dishwasher and microwave; two bedrooms, one with a single bed and one with a double bed; finally, a bathroom with shower completes the layout.

There is a sofa bed in the house.
The building does not have a lift.

* Access to the accommodation is via a numerical code that guests will receive only after completing the online registration of their identity documents, signing the digital rental contract and paying the tourist tax via a payment link that they will receive a few days before their arrival. The code is active from 3pm.
