The apartment is presented with a spacious and charming entrance hall with high ceilings and marmorino decorations. Entering we find ourselves directly in the living area with an open space consisting of a living room with comfortable white leather sofa, a large kitchen equipped with every comfort, a dining area and a large terrace equipped with table and sofas where you can eat and relax comfortably. Then there is a first complete bathroom, a bedroom with single beds and a second bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom.
From both rooms you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Grand Canal and thus admire the historic Venetian regatta.
Our guests have the following amenities at their disposal: free Wi-Fi connection throughout the apartment, individual heating and air conditioning in the living room and in some bedrooms.
* Access to the accommodation is via a numerical code that guests will receive only after completing the online registration of their identity documents, signing the digital rental contract and paying the tourist tax through a payment link that they will receive a few days before their arrival. The code is active from 3 p.m.
