The holiday apartment "Deichnähe D" is located on the second floor and has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, satellite TV, and an exterior roller shutter. The second bedroom serves as a spare room for snorers or other guests and is furnished with a single bed, large Velux windows, and blackout blinds. The modern bathroom/toilet features a walk-in shower, a vanity unit with LED lighting, and a towel warmer/radiator.

The cozy living/dining room in the attic, with two large Velux windows, is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, a comfortable sofa with an ottoman, a television, and a dining area. From here, you can access the large, furnished roof terrace with fantastic views over Norddeich, which is also accessible to guests of apartments C and H.

Due to an open staircase leading to the second floor, children under 6 years of age are not permitted for safety reasons.
The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users. Rental to tradespeople is unfortunately not possible.
Right next to the house, you have a utility room with a coin-operated washing machine, a private parking space, and a bicycle garage with an electrical outlet.
