The holiday apartment "Deichnähe E" is located on the first floor and features two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, satellite TV, and exterior blinds, while the second bedroom has an additional bed and blackout blinds and exterior shutters.

The bathroom with shower and toilet is bright and welcoming and includes a stool and hairdryer.

A highlight is the beautiful, spacious, and comfortable living/dining room, which features a fully equipped, integrated kitchenette, a cozy seating area, a television, and a lovely dining set. From here, a sliding door leads to a spacious, furnished roof terrace, perfect for sunbathing and relaxation.

Due to an open wooden staircase to the first floor, children under 6 years of age are not permitted for safety reasons.
The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users. Unfortunately, rentals to tradespeople are not possible.
Right next to the house, you have a utility room with a coin-operated washing machine, a private parking space, and a bicycle garage with an electrical outlet.
