Apartment Rotbuche 2 is currently undergoing a complete renovation and will be available for booking again from Saturday, March 28, 2026. This holiday apartment, suitable for 2-3 people, is located on the first floor of a newly renovated holiday home. It enjoys a very central location, just a short walk from the sea. The living/dining room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, two reclining armchairs, a dining set, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, you can access a furnished balcony, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying the sunset in the evening.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, TV, exterior blinds, and pleated shades. The other bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe, and Velux blackout blinds.
... The modern bathroom with panoramic Velux windows features a walk-in shower, a toilet, a vanity unit with a large mirror, a hairdryer, and a stool.
A private parking space and a lockable storage room with an electrical outlet for e-bikes are located directly at the house.
Privately owned vacation apartments and houses. No third-party rental service. Rentals to tradespeople are unfortunately not possible.
