Apartment Rotbuche 3 is currently undergoing a complete renovation and will be available for booking again from Saturday, March 28, 2026. This holiday apartment, suitable for 2-3 people, is located on the ground floor of a newly renovated holiday home. It has a separate entrance, is centrally located, and just a short walk from the sea.
The living/dining room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, two reclining chairs, a dining set, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, you can access a furnished terrace, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying the sunset in the evening.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, TV, exterior blinds, and pleated shades. The other bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe, and a window with an exterior blind. The modern bathroom with a window includes a walk-in shower, toilet, vanity unit with a large mirror, hairdryer, and stool.
...``)) Directly at the house is a private parking space and a lockable storage room with an electrical outlet for e-bikes.
Privately owned holiday apartments and houses. No third-party rental service. Rentals to tradespeople are unfortunately not possible.
