The Santa Maria holiday apartment is located on the second floor and features two separate bedrooms, each equipped with Velux windows and blackout blinds. One bedroom has a double bed and satellite TV, while the other serves as a spare room for snorers or other guests. The modern bathroom has a Velux window, a walk-in shower, and a heated towel rail. The toilet is separate.
The living/dining area, furnished with a table and four chairs, a comfortable sofa, two recliners, and a flat-screen satellite TV, offers a relaxing space. The balcony is perfect for sunbathing. The kitchen is separate from the living area and is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils.
A private parking space and a lockable storage room with a power outlet for e-bikes are available.
Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users. Rental to tradespeople is not possible.
