For your comfort, this house offers high-quality amenities – for example, complete bathroom fittings by Villeroy & Boch and the

walk-in, relaxing Raindance ceiling showers. The outdoor sauna and fireplace also invite you to relax, even in the off-season.

A fully equipped kitchen is available for preparing culinary delights, such as freshly caught Baltic Sea fish.

On hot days, the water and ice dispenser ensures you can always enjoy a refreshing drink.

A spacious garden and terrace area with beautiful views of nature provides a tranquil escape.

If desired, enjoy a comprehensive entertainment system with a games console and fiber optic TV on the large 75-inch television. The furnishings are also ideal for working remotely.

For our little ones, you'll find everything they need for a carefree holiday: a lockable garden area and a full range of baby equipment (see description below).

To ensure a pleasant holiday for all guests, the ground floor is wheelchair accessible, and the upper floor features a bedroom with extra-large beds.

Barbecuing with a charcoal grill, open fires, and the use of fireworks (including New Year's Eve fireworks) are strictly prohibited.
