The village of Kastelir is located in one of the most beautiful corners of Istria, high up on a hill with a view of the sea.
Surrounded by vines and olive trees, Kastelir offers a lot of infrastructure.
Good restaurants, a few cafes, a small brewery with really great beer and 3 small supermarkets.
Wine growers and olive traders offer a tasting once a week.
Istria has the best olive oil in the world. Pure and not mixed, a delight.
Beautiful sunsets enchant your evening.
Nicolina has a great location with the very best sea view. The pool is quite large at 32 sqm, the house is 90 sqm and the property is 700. There is a nice outdoor area for grilling and sitting.

Casa Nicolina is een fantastische uitvalsbasis voor onze avonturen in Istrië. Het is gunstig gelegen en biedt gemakkelijke toegang tot lokale attracties zoals Traktor Story en de stranden. Wij komen zeker terug!
Had a lovely time here, The views were stunning, and we enjoyed our hikes in the surrounding area, The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs,
Schoon, comfortabel en goed gelegen, geen klachten! De airconditioning werkte perfect, wat een verademing was tijdens de warme zomerdagen,
Villa Nika was de perfecte vakantie voor ons gezin! De ruime indeling zorgde ervoor dat iedereen zijn eigen ruimte had en het zwembad was een groot succes bij de kinderen. We vonden het heerlijk om in de achtertuin te barbecueën en te genieten van maaltijden op het overdekte terras. Een echte aanrader!
We vonden het chalet precies wat we zochten. Het was gunstig gelegen nabij het skigebied en had alle voorzieningen die we nodig hadden voor een comfortabel verblijf. Een echte aanrader voor gezinnen!
