The holiday home features a spacious living and dining area. Three bedrooms provide privacy even for larger groups.
The house is optimally insulated both thermally and acoustically. Windows and doors are equipped with insect screens and roller shutters. On cool evenings, in addition to underfloor heating, a modern wood-burning stove adds to the cozy atmosphere. There is ample parking for three vehicles on the property.
We named the holiday home "Fritz Amsee" in honor of the local painter and poet Fritz Gentsch, who loved to capture Lake Arendsee on canvas at the "Schramper Ecke" (Schramper Corner).
