A narrow, somewhat steep, enclosed staircase leads to the first floor. The first floor has four bedrooms: one with a double bed and a cot, two with two single beds each, and a connecting room with a double bed that can be converted into a fold-out bed (partially sloping ceiling). This room provides access to a balcony with garden furniture. New central heating system powered by pellets and solar energy. Washing machine in a separate shed.
