The beautiful apartments of the Ca' del Pioppo country houses, built in 2017, are surrounded by nature on the promontory of Cavallino-Treporti. The two country houses on the property are surrounded by a beautiful, fenced, tree-lined garden, which guests are welcome to use. The apartments are tastefully furnished and perfect for those seeking peace and quiet, especially in the evenings. About 1 km away is the Cavallino Camping Village, whose services are available to guests. These include a water park with wellness areas, restaurants, a panoramic lounge bar, an entertainment program for adults and children during the summer months, and a wellness and spa center (for a fee).

The approximately 100 sq m apartment Ca' del Tiglio can accommodate a maximum of 8 people and is located on two different levels connected by a staircase. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, toilet, and bidet. On the ground floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. The spacious living area features a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people, a satellite TV, and a comfortably equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bright living area leads directly to the terrace and the beautiful garden. Chairs, a table, and two deck chairs invite you to relax. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 4 hours.

ARRIVAL DAY + LENGTHS OF STAY

Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates, as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season. Note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you would like to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible. However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged.

BEACH

The beach of the affiliated Camping Village Cavallino is located approximately 1.5 km away. On the wide, gently sloping beach, two loungers and a parasol are included per apartment during the summer months. It's the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or build a sandcastle with the kids. On the beach, walkways leading up to the parasols ensure stroller access. Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day. Parking is available free of charge at the entrance to the camping village.

POOL
The spacious pool area includes a children's pool with water features and slides. The pool area also offers an adult pool with massage jets and two whirlpools for relaxation.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY

A baby cot can be provided upon request and for a fee. During the summer months, the affiliated Cavallino Camping Village offers an entertainment program for all ages. The entertainment team offers your children activities and fun all day long in the Mini Club. The evenings are also rich in activities, ranging from baby dances for younger guests to performances, cabaret, and group dances for adults. Let the animation team surprise you. Those looking for sports have a wide selection to choose from, including beach volleyball, soccer, table tennis, bocce, and aerobics and water aerobics classes.

LEISURE AND SPORTS

Those looking to stay fit even on vacation are spoiled for choice. The adjacent Cavallino Camping Village offers the following sports facilities: aqua gym, beach volleyball, soccer, table tennis, and bocce. Cycling enthusiasts will find many paths and tours outside the resort that are ideal for this sport. Bicycle rental is available.

SHOPPING

The adjacent Cavallino Camping Village has a grocery store, where you'll find fresh food and a wide selection of everyday items, as well as a bazaar where you can buy beach items, newspapers, and souvenirs. Alternatively, you'll find bakeries and supermarkets just a few minutes' drive away, where you can stock up on daily necessities.

CATERING

The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Shops and restaurants are also just a few minutes' drive away. Half-board or full-board options are available at the adjacent Cavallino Camping Village. This can be booked on-site (no advance notice is required).
