The Roma Capitol holiday park is located in Ostia Antica, just a few kilometers from the heart of Rome, near the beautiful Pineta di Castel Fusano nature reserve. It is ideally located for visiting Rome and enjoying a relaxing holiday at the beach. It is a state-of-the-art accommodation facility, entirely designed to enhance the natural features of the area, using materials from the Roman agricultural tradition as well as the latest technologies and comforts. The holiday park has a lot to offer: the highlight is probably the fantastic pool area, which features three pools: a fantastic children's pool with water features and a small slide, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a relaxation pool with hydromassage jets, and much more. A bar, a children's playground, an outdoor chapel, and sports fields for tennis, basketball, soccer, and beach volleyball complete the offer. Or how about a round of mini golf? In addition to a pool bar where you can enjoy delicious ice cream, there is also a lovely restaurant, a pizzeria, and a bar. Those who prefer to eat in can order food directly from the pizzeria via an app. An animation team provides entertainment for all ages during the summer months, and there is also a kids' club. For everyday needs, you can find items in the resort's market/bazaar. There are also EV charging stations for your vehicle. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available (for a fee). During the summer months, there are daily shuttle buses that take you to Castel Fusano, where you can then enjoy the beautiful sandy beach. A night watchman ensures security.

The beautiful Baia Elite mobile home can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. It has one bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite toilet and sink, and access to the shower in the other bathroom. The mobile home also has two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds. The living room has a cozy dining area with satellite TV. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and is equipped with a stove, pots, dishes, cutlery, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, and a sink. The partially covered and raised wooden veranda with a table, chairs, and two loungers invites you to relax while the children have fun on the playground. Barbecues are permitted with a gas or electric grill; you must bring your own. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.

ARRIVAL DAY + LENGTHS OF STAY

Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates, as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season. Note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you would like to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible here. However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The beach is approximately 4 km from the resort and can be reached in 10 minutes by shuttle bus or by private vehicle. The sandy beach slopes gently, making it ideal for small children. There are also beach clubs that rent loungers and umbrellas or offer a cool drink. There are also private beaches where you can enjoy the sea breeze undisturbed.

POOL

The Capitol holiday park's water park, built in 2022, offers 11,500 m² of fun. An Olympic-sized pool, where you can swim lengths to keep fit, is available, as is a fantastic spray park with water slides. Here, children can play and have fun safely, supervised by well-trained staff, while adults relax by the hydromassage jets. Around the water park, there are umbrellas and loungers for the whole family. There is also a snack bar, which guarantees refreshment by the pool.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The holiday park is ideal for families. An animation team provides fun and entertainment. There is a kids' club and a huge playground for children. Baby kits can be rented and include a travel cot and highchair (reserve when booking).
LEISURE AND SPORTS
The holiday park offers many sports activities. It has beach volleyball courts, soccer fields, basketball courts, and tennis courts. The animation team organizes daily activities, both on land and in the water. The nearby nature reserve offers wonderful flora and fauna to explore, whether on foot or by bike is up to you. You can also swim laps in the Olympic-sized pool.
