Holiday Village Fantastico Bungalow

This two-story holiday home (for up to 8 people) is nestled in a very family-friendly, car-free holiday village located directly on the sea. The sea is within walking distance (150 m). In addition to an Olympic-sized pool, the holiday village also features an oversized 3,100 m² swimming and leisure pool with a fantastic water feature. A separate children's paddling pool and playgrounds are available for the little ones. The holiday village also has two bars and two restaurants with a pizzeria, a small grocery store, a kiosk, and a laundromat. The approximately 200 terraced bungalows are family-friendly and simply furnished and are located in a large nature reserve, allowing for a relaxed and pleasant holiday. Playgrounds, entertainment/mini club, numerous sports facilities, the gently sloping beach, and a wide range of dining options make the holiday village an ideal holiday destination.

The two-story, brick, 3-room bungalow sleeps 6, up to 8 people. The ground floor features a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and a bunk bed, which can be separated from the rest of the living area by a folding sliding door. Next to it, the ground floor houses a double bedroom, a well-equipped open kitchen (with dishes, cutlery, pots, and a microwave), and a toilet/shower (the ground floor sleeps 4 to 6 people). Upstairs (accessible via an external spiral staircase) is the attic room with two single beds and a separate toilet/sink, as well as a roof terrace. A continuous gap between the living room and the attic room ensures good air circulation. The covered seating area with a table, chairs, and two loungers invites you to relax while the children have fun on the playground. Approximately 3.5 hours from the Italian border. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.

ARRIVAL DAY + LENGTHS OF STAY

Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates, as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season. Note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on your scheduled arrival date, check-in the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible. However, the rental period/price specified for booking remains unchanged.

BEACH

A lush pine grove crisscrosses the coast between the sea and the holiday village. The gently sloping sandy beach is only about 150 meters from the holiday village (a 2-minute walk) and can be easily reached via a footpath. Both a public and a private beach with loungers and parasols are available.

POOL

In addition to an Olympic-sized swimming pool, the holiday village also has an oversized 3,100 m² swimming and leisure pool with a shallow edge for toddlers. The fantastic water feature with slides will delight children. There's also a separate paddling pool for the little ones.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY

Thanks to the car-free complex, your little ones can roam freely throughout the holiday village. An animation team (German/Italian, partly French) organizes games, competitions, and sports activities during the day. In the evenings, there's entertainment, shows, and dancing (during peak season). A mini club (for children ages 4 to 12, 6 days a week), cartoon screenings, and computer games are available. Playgrounds are also part of the package, of course...

LEISURE AND SPORTS

Within the complex, you have the following options: gymnastics, bocce, water sports, aerobics, (beach) volleyball, soccer, table tennis, dancing, archery, etc. Two floodlit tennis courts are also available within the complex for a fee. Bicycle rental is available. Outside the complex, and for a fee, you also have the following options: mountain biking, horseback riding, sailing, surfing, water skiing, canoeing, or banana boating. The cycling and jogging paths in the pine grove are also ideal sporting opportunities and are available to you at any time.

MEALS
The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, and pans. Shops are also nearby.
PETS
Pets are not allowed.
SPECIAL INFORMATION
Barbecuing is permitted at the house; those who don't want to bring their own grill can also use the communal barbecue areas.
