This lovely, family-friendly accommodation is located in the Free Time holiday village in Marina di Bibbona, in beautiful Tuscany. Surrounded by the magnificent Tombolo pine forest, in a strategic location, you can reach wonderful cities such as Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Populonia, and the island of Elba in less than an hour. The holiday complex is within walking distance of the crystal-clear sea of the Etruscan Coast, which, thanks to its gently sloping beach, is ideal for families with children. The holiday complex has all the amenities for a pleasant family holiday. Among other amenities, you'll find a pool with a slide, a children's paddling pool, entertainment, a kids' club, a restaurant/pizzeria, a takeaway service, a bar, a minimarket, a bazaar, a playground, a soccer and volleyball court, open-air fitness equipment, a sauna, and many other services, including bike rentals. A large water park (Acqua Village) and an amusement and leisure park (Cavallino Matto) are just a 15-minute drive away. The resort is car-free, making it ideal for children, as they can roam freely.

The Happy Plus accommodation can accommodate 7 people. The mobile home has three bedrooms: one with a double bed (190 x 140 cm) and two with two single beds each (190 x 70 cm). A sleeping area for an additional person is available in the living room. The Happy Plus mobile home features a living room and an open-plan kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, extractor hood, refrigerator, and icebox. An Italian-style espresso maker is provided. The mobile home has a bathroom with a shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet. All rooms have electrical outlets, and all bedroom windows have mosquito nets. The semi-covered wooden terrace with a table, chairs, two loungers/deckchairs, and an electric grill or an electric griddle invites you to relax while the children have fun on the playground. Half or full board can also be booked on site upon request. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.

ARRIVAL DAY + LENGTHS OF STAY

Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates, as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season. Note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on your scheduled arrival date, check-in the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you would like to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible here. However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged.

BEACH

The sandy beach is just 700 meters from the resort and can be reached via a pleasant footpath (which crosses a shady, wonderfully fragrant pine forest). During peak season, you can also take the train, which takes you approximately 350 meters to the beach. The beach is wide and gently sloping, making it ideal for families. In addition to a private beach with loungers and umbrellas, there is also plenty of space on the public beach. There is a beach bar where you can enjoy a light snack in the shade.

POOL
The resort has a large pool with a slide and a children's paddling pool. It has a spacious area with loungers so you can relax and unwind during your vacation.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY

A team of motivated entertainers looks forward to delighting adults and children during their stay with a diverse entertainment program: Latino dancing, aquagym, sports classes and tournaments, and games on the beach and by the pool. In the evening: cabaret, shows, piano bar, karaoke, theme parties. For the little ones, there's a great kids' club and a playground.

LEISURE AND SPORTS

In addition to a pool where water aerobics is regularly held, the holiday village also has a soccer field, a volleyball court, and table tennis tables. There are also great cycling paths within the pine forest that connect the communities along the coast. Bike rentals are available. There's a fitness area where you can work out. The holiday village also has two lakes where you can go sport fishing. Riding stables are 3 km away.

SHOPPING
The mini-market sells fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese, and other groceries. The complex also has a bazaar with tobacco products, newspapers, children's toys, beachwear, souvenirs, and camping items.
MEALS
The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, and pans. Shops are also nearby. You can cook your own meals.
