This beautiful stone-built holiday home is located in the San Giorgio holiday village. The holiday park borders Lake Garda and offers a restaurant with a lake view, a bar, a beautiful adult pool, and a children's pool. From the pool and restaurant, you have a wonderful panoramic view of Lake Garda. The holiday village also has a minimarket, playground, Wi-Fi, volleyball court, five-a-side soccer field, table tennis, and bocce court. A minigolf course and tennis courts are available just 300 meters away for a fee. The holiday complex is particularly suitable for families who don't mind activities and entertainment, so relaxation and recreation are guaranteed! Washing machines and dryers are also available. Guests can use loungers free of charge on the beach and by the pool (subject to availability). The complex offers a magnificent view of a 3 km long pebble beach that stretches from the harbor in Dusano to San Sivino. Dogs are not allowed anywhere in the holiday village.

The holiday home, located on a slightly elevated position, consists of a bedroom with a double bed that can also be converted into two single beds, and another room with two single beds. The living area features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pans, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has a sink, shower, and toilet. The covered patio with a table and chairs invites you to relax while the children have fun on the playground. Barbecues are permitted. The journey time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. The houses are generously spread across the property, meaning there is plenty of green space. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.

ARRIVAL DAY + LENGTHS OF STAY

Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates, as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season. Note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on your scheduled arrival date, check-in the following day is of course also possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible. However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged.

BEACH
The pebble beach is less than a 2-minute walk from the holiday home and is directly accessible. Sunbeds are available on the beach (subject to availability). The beach also has a lawn for lounging.
POOL
The holiday complex has a beautiful adult pool with a lake view and a children's paddling pool. Sunbeds are also available to guests (subject to availability).

LOCATION

The holiday village in San Sivino/Manerba covers approximately 34,000 m² of gently sloping grounds and is located directly on the southwestern shore of Lake Garda in the Golfo di Dusano. The holiday village is beautifully nestled in the countryside between the towns of Moniga and Manerba.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY

The holiday complex has a children's pool and a playground. Unlike many holiday parks, this holiday complex is particularly suitable for families who can easily entertain themselves. Younger guests have a blast on the playground, and the whole family will enjoy the excellent restaurant on the campsite. The fantastic panoramic view is free, and you can shop at the small supermarket. Enjoy a relaxed family breakfast on the terrace of your beautifully furnished and fully equipped holiday bungalow. Here, you'll enjoy optimal privacy.

LEISURE AND SPORTS

In addition to the pool, holiday guests also have access to a volleyball court, a five-a-side soccer field, table tennis, and a bocce court. For a fee, a mini-golf course and several tennis courts are available just 300 meters away. Water sports enthusiasts and surfers can really let off steam on Lake Garda.

The mini-market offers fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese, and groceries.
MEALS
The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, and pans. Shops are also nearby. You can, of course, also dine in the on-site restaurant. Pizza takeaway is also available.
